Dog behaviourist sessions FAQ
Which package should I choose?

- obedience training: 2 sessions in normally enough for 1 matter so we can make the training as natural and sustainable as possible.
- behaviour issues like barking, aggression and anxiety: I recommend 4 sessions to start with.

The private dog training sessions are in person or online?

You chose! If you're further away than 30min from Highbury Islington station by bike or transport, online will be the best (maybe the only) option. Online sessions are the favourite option because we can get more things done and I can demonstrate the exercises with my dog while coaching you.

What are the issues you treat in 1-2-1 sessions?

Aggression, Separation Anxiety, Noise Sensitivity or phobia, Resource Guarding, Cooperative care (bath time, timing nails, cleaning ears, muzzle training, vet training, etc.), Repetitive Behaviour (chasing tail/imaginary flies/shadow/reflexions, spinning, sucking fabric, self-grooming, self harming behaviours, etc.), Lead walking, Recall, Excessive barking and general training issues.

What are the methods you use?

I teach science-based training and I follow LIMA guidelines, which stand for "Less intrusive and minimal aversive", for any training practice. You'll learn about consent and positive ways to train your dog, which means I don't use any punishment and my training is force and fear free. Those super effective methods will help you to achieve your goals, build a healthy relationship with your dog and set boundaries.
